Been wondering

   I've been wondering if spring is ever going to get here for real, this time. We had some snow last weekend, and below freezing temps. The potted herbs had to come in and reside on the rug by the front door.  

  I am going to give raising chickens a try again this summer. My dear son has agreed to help build a chicken pen. My sister is letting a few of her hens set some eggs and hopefully before too long I will have a box of "peeps" to add to the collection of pets.
